We are also looking for panelist to talk about their career paths. It’s time to share all the wonderful experiences you’ve had with others! Pay it forward!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">P.S. Here is my update. I am an Assistant Professor of Engineering Education at the University of Texas at San Antonio. My daughter is about to turn 11! I feel old
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Apple Color Emoji"">😐</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">. During the early pandemic months, I worked from home while she went to school virtually. It was a mess. I’ve received a couple of grants to do more
research in engineering education around mentoring and broadening participation aka helping bring in more diverse students into engineering. I have a few of you on social media platforms, which I don’t check too often…but when I do, I feel so proud of all
that you are doing. If you get a chance to attend the conference in Lubbock, I will see you there. <3<o:p></o:p></span></p>
