Hi

I'm trying to submit a ticket on the DesignSafe website, but keep getting
the following error message:
An unexpected error occurred!

We're sorry, something unexpected happened on our end. Please try again
later.

If you continue to receive this error, please submit a ticket
<https://www.designsafe-ci.org/help/new-ticket/?error_page=&http_referer=>.

Could you please look into this? I got this email address from the slides
of the last webinar. In any case, the ticket I wanted to submit was as
follows:

I have terminal access to Stampede from the NEESHub days, and was wondering
if there was any way I could submit OpenSeesMP jobs using the DesignSafe
allocation directly from the terminal. I attended the last two DesignSafe
webinars, and realize that providing a browser-based interface lowers the
barriers for researchers to access DesignSafe's HPC resources. However, for
experienced Linux users, the browser interface is a bit cumbersome and
actually impedes productivity. It would be great if a terminal-based
alternative was provided to access DesignSafe's HPC resources, at least for
those who already have terminal access to Stampede for now.

Thanks and Regards
