[Usecase] DesignSafe All Hands Meeting Sept 20-21

Hi all:

Given the rising case numbers for COVID-19, we have decided that we will hold the DesignSafe All Hands meeting as a virtual meeting on September 20-21.  Please stay tuned for information on exact times and the agenda for the meeting.  I am disappointed to move this meeting to virtual, but it is the right thing to do at this time.  I promise we will do an in person meeting soon!
