[Usecase] New DesignSafe Use Case Meeting Times

Good Morning All,

There was not a single time that all the meetings could be rescheduled so we are going to go ahead and move the HPC and Visualization use case team meetings that had a conflict.  As we use the same list for everyone you will receive the calendar invite with the changes.

The meetings are now scheduled as follows:

Jupyter - 1st Monday of the month at 1PM PT/3PM CT/ 4PM ET
Data - 2nd Monday of the month at 1PM PT/3PM CT/ 4PM ET
HPC - 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10AM PT/ 12PM CT/ 1PM ET
Vis - 4th Monday at 11AM PT/ 1PM CT/2PM ET
