[Usecase] Use Case Github project updates

Hi all:

Today is the deadline to make changes to your github project for merging into the master DesignSafe github documentation project.  You do not need to initiate another pull request--all changes you are currently making in your project will be a part of the merge.

We (i.e., Krishna) will merge all pull requests on MONDAY, 4/18....so you actually have 2 extra days to make changes over the weekend.

Once merged, you can still make additional changes, but you will need to initiate a new pull request to initiate the merge process.
