[Usecase] DesignSafe All Hands meeting: Oct 27

Hi all:

Thanks everyone for filling out the poll for the DesignSafe All Hands meeting.  The day that had the largest response is Thursday, Oct 27, so please plan for that date. We will meet at TACC for a full day, but we will develop a schedule that should allow everyone to fly out that evening.
