[Usecase] Final GitHub Use Case documentation - DEADLINE Friday, 5/13

Hi all:

The site visit is creeping up on us and we need each of you to finalize your Use Case documentation.  Please spend the next week finalizing your Use Case write ups and submit a pull request after you have finalized your revisions.  I believe every use case has room for improvement, so please take a look at yours and the others to get an idea how you might improve yours.
