[Usecase] Update - DesignSafe Biweekly Meetings

Hi All,

I sent out a poll last week to find a new time for a DesignSafe bi-weekly team meeting, in lieu of the weekly use case meetings.  We are still working on the schedule but what we would like to do until then is invite EVERYONE to the Monday, Nov 7 meeting at 3PM CT.  I will be changing the name on the invite to reflect that it is not a use case meeting but a team meeting.

We will be discussing our next steps after the all-hands meeting.
