<li><span>One-on-one quarterly meetings with Ellen to track progress on projects (March meetings have been scheduled, will follow on with June, Sept, and December meetings)</span></li><li><span>One update presentation per year at the monthly meetings referenced above (I will be reaching out to schedule each project team to present)</span></li><li><span>One outreach event per year, which could be a DS webinar, external workshop, etc. Anything to outwardly promote your DS project</span></li><li><span>Project teams take the lead in organizing any meetings with DesignSafe/TACC staff that are required to meet the goals of your project</span></li><li><span>Project team members are encouraged to organize any outreach meetings with potential user groups, like specific EFs (e.g., PIV call with wind tunnel EFs) or simulation tools (e.g., ADCIRC). In organizing these meetings, we all will be invited to
attend if interested. We will schedule those meetings as needed and based on availability of only those who are interested.</span></li></ul>
