[eco-feedback] Data transferring and the error of submitting the tickets

Hello,

I am a postdoc researcher from CNRS. I want to work on the data from 
DesignSafe Ground Motion Database. Therefore, I submitted the tickets 
and follow the flow for transferring big databases using Globus. 
However, I have a problem with the permission to the database when 
connecting to TACC corral 3 using Globus:

Then I found out that my ticket in the DeisgnSafe system is never 
accepted. I tried several times for submitting the tickets again, but it 
doesn't work (it keeps showing an "unexpected error").
Do you know how to solve the issues?
