[eco-feedback] [EXTERNAL] Data transferring and the error of submitting the tickets

Hello Robin,

I am ok with using Cyberduck to do the data transferring. However, I 
still have a problem submitting the ticket.
As I mentioned in the previous emails, no matter how I tried, the 
website showed there is an "unexpected error" when submitting a new 
ticket to the DeisgnSafe.

Do you know how can I solve this issue?
