Good morning, Robin! Thanks for reaching out to me in regards to Ssu-Ting. We are having intermittent issues with Globus and are currently working on deploying a solution for it. For now, I’ve been advising everyone to use Cyberduck to solve their data transfer needs. We grant access to Corral when we give permissions to Globus so they already have access. Here is the user guide for it:

Hello,

I am a postdoc researcher from CNRS. I want to work on the data from
DesignSafe Ground Motion Database. Therefore, I submitted the tickets
and follow the flow for transferring big databases using Globus.
However, I have a problem with the permission to the database when
connecting to TACC corral 3 using Globus:

Then I found out that my ticket in the DeisgnSafe system is never
accepted. I tried several times for submitting the tickets again, but it
doesn't work (it keeps showing an "unexpected error").
Do you know how to solve the issues?
