[Ef] NHERI Sessions at WCEE

Hi all:

For those of you who submitted abstracts to the NHERI/CI session for the WCEE in Chile, please note that the papers are due at the end of the month.  I reviewed all the NHERI papers that were submitted and gave them high marks-but you might have gotten a second abstract review that was not as positive (they obviously did that separately and did not appreciate the aim of the session).  So please move forward with your papers for the April 30 deadline.
