I am a Ph.D. student in the University of Arizona and our group are working on a NEESR project. Thank you for informing us the upcoming new online meeting service Zoom for NHERI (Zoom_NHERI). May I have some questions on it?

1, From the description online, it seems we don't need to sign up or register an account like NEES webex online meeting we used before, we just need submit a request form 24 hours before the meeting, is this right? If so, I have another question related to it, because NEES Webex could record the meeting online and save it in the online server related to the account automatically, if there is no account related to Zoom_NHERI, can we record our online meeting? If so, will it be automatically saved online or we have to save it to our PC?
At this time you do not need to sign up or register an account to use the service. As you stated, you will have to submit the request 24 hours in advance to schedule a meeting.

Users will not have access to Zoom host logins to enable recordings on their own, however your meeting can be set up to automatically record the meeting and that recording sent to you. Please indicate when requesting the meeting that you will need it recorded.

2, From the http://www.designsafe-ci.org/web-conferencing.html, it seems the meeting time is limited for 40 minutes for free service. For Zoom_NHERI, it says the meeting duration is extended, would you please tell me if there is no time limitation on the Zoom_NEHRI or there is still time limitation on it?
You can request a meeting for as long a time as you need (1 hour, 90 minutes etc.)  but we ask that you do not go over your requested end time.

3, Our NEESR project will be expired this year, but there will be still researches related to it and we have international collaborators. Would you please tell us if we are able to use Zoom_NHERI for our online discussion related to NEESR project after it expires? If so, is there any requirement for that or we can just use it as ordinary users?
Yes this will be permitted and you would request the meeting using the same process.
