[Nheri-council] Zoom Meeting Details and Additional Material for the 12-20 Council Meeting- CI Issues

Good afternoon/morning,

The Zoom Meeting details are at the bottom of this message.

I have also attached the information related to item 7a of the 12-20 Agenda
(first document); and, the reports requested by the Council at the Nov 7 
meeting
on the status of the organization of the REU program (second attachment) 
and
Summer Institute (third attachment). These reports are the result of 
work from
the NCO and the ECO Committee with facility representation. I want to 
recognize
the hard work of this committee.

Look forward to a productive council meeting on Dec 20 and please share 
this material
