[Nheri-council] Council Meeting on CI-Issues on 11/29 at 4:00 PM ET- rescheduled

Dear Council Members,

Ellen has kindly requested that we try to reschedule the meeting due to 
an unexpected
travel commitment. I would appreciate if you respond to the forthcoming 
whenisgood poll
for the period of Dec 13 to Dec 22 to try to find a 1-hour period to 
discuss CI issues and
a few other important items: (i) results of the election of council 
officers, (ii) Council Annual Work
Plan and (iii) NIAC membership.

Please recall that in accordance to our operating procedures you may 
designate a representative
with full voting rights to attend if your schedule does not permit 
participation during the above period.

Thank you in advance for the patience and all the attention you may give 
to this request.
