[Nheri-council] NCO site visit - Update

Good afternoon,

Our site visit is approaching and wanted to share with you that as part of
our submission we have included a draft of the 5-year Science Plan
as part of our update to NSF. We have indicated that this
is an early draft and has not being approved by the Task Group, or reviewed
by the Council, the User Forum and the community at large. The Task 
Group has
also being informed.
