[Nheri-council] Cybersecurity Plan template

TACC’s executive director Dan Stanzione has provided the attached template. We have cybersecurity plans from most of you, and we will use those documents to populate the template and then send to you for your review/edit.
Dan and Ellen send their regrets for not being able to attend today’s Council meeting. Dan wanted to lead the discussion of the cybersecurity template. They have been called to action today regarding Hurricane Harvey, with meetings at both the state and UT level.
