[Nheri-council] Y-1 User Satisfaction Survey conducted by the User Forum

Dear Joy,

Please find attached the first NHERI User Satisfaction Survey Report 
conducted in June 2017 by
TecEd under guidance of the NHERI User Forum committee as required by 
the solicitation
and the NCO CA. The Report is accompanied by the User Forum Executive 
Summary.

The Summary raises some very interesting points and outlines lessons 
learned from this first experience.
Some of these lessons are already implemented with your concurrence by 
the User Forum. The
chair and vice-chair of the User Forum are included in this message in 
case you or the Council have
questions or comments.

The User Forum has also approved the posting of the attached document in 
the Forum page at
DesignSafe-CI.
