Good evening,

I am happy to share with you the document with the information about the 
committee and proposed membership.

You have reviewed the document and provided input on the membership 
listed on Page 3. Bill
Holmes from the NCO has kindly agreed to lead the committee in Year 2. 
We are submitting this information
to give the Council one more opportunity to review it. If we do not hear 
objections by Oct 1, we will consider
the committee established and commence activities as described in the 
attachment.
