Good afternoon,
Attached is the calendar invite for our meetings this Fall.
Zoom meeting details are at the bottom of this message.

The attached file should allow you to import the event to your calendar.
I was able to do it by simply trying to open it. Alternatively the zoom 
meeting
details also include the calendar event.

p.s. If the above does not work for you, the NCO IT specialist suggests 
the following:

> If you open an .ics file from an attachment in Outlook, it will 
> open as a new calendar, however you can save the .ics attachment to 
> the local computer and import it in to the default calendar to merge 
> both the calendar information.

> Steps to import the ical file after saving the file on to the computer.
>
> 1.    Go to the default calendar
>
> 2.    Click on file
>
> 3.    Select import/ export file
>
> 4.    Under import/ export wizard select import an icalendar file
>
> 5.    Select the file to be import from the saved location
>
