Dear Joy and members of the Council and NIAC:

The User Forum (UF) has submitted to NHERI the results of the Year-2 
Survey (attached).
The report was authored by Kevin Johnson, M.S. and Professor Liesel Ritchie,
from the Oklahoma State University Center for the Study of Disasters and 
Extreme Events
and Department of Sociology. This report was reviewed by the Forum and 
it is now
submitted to you. It will be posted on the User Forum page in 
designsafe-ci for access by the
NHERI community.

Please let the UF know if you have any questions or have any feedback.
