[Nheri-council] Draft Minutes of the June 6 meeting of the Council

Good afternoon/morning,

Please review the attached minutes for accuracy and your action items.
In particular, under Item 4 note the action item opening the floor for
your nominations of Council Officers.

As stated in the approved Council Operating Procedures, the officers 
will work together
in putting together the agenda for each meeting. The chair will conduct 
the meeting with
the support of the vice-chair, and the secretary of the Council. In the 
absence of the chair,
the vice-chair will run the meeting. The secretary serves notice of the 
meeting and takes the
minutes. In the operating procedures the stated term of the officers is 
for one-year, although
at the pleasure of Council it can be extended for one more term.

We would like to have the new officers in place July 20, 2018. Please 
send your nominations if
you have not already done so, *by June 22* to allow time to conduct the 
election. Just as a reminder,
self-nominations are welcomed.
