[Nheri-council] Sept 16-17, 2019: Need names of facility staff to invite to the 2019 NSF Facilities Cyberinfrastructure Workshop in Alexandria, VA

The origin of this was probably a call the SimCenter had with nsf last week, where they encouraged us to get involved in this meeting as it apparently deals with the issue of how to continue software centers beyond initial funding.
