[Nheri-council] 2019 NHERI Science Plan

Howdy members of the NHERI-Council,

As Julio noted, I am heading up the next edition of the NHERI Science Plan for 2019.  The Appendix will include the Science Plan for all 12 components of NHERI.  If you do not plan to update your Science Plan from that which you sent to us in 2017, would you please let me know.  If you do plan to submit please share that with me and an approximate date.

In addition, I would request that if possible you send to me at least one good photo/figure/graphic by October 4 that would be placed into your appendix even if you do not plan to update the text.
