[Nheri-council] NHERI events at NEC 2020

Dear Council Members and representatives,

A couple of questions related to the subject event 
(http://earthquakeconference.org/) to be held
from March 4-6, 2020 in San Diego, California.

1. Will you be planning to attend and willing to help support the NHERI 
booth presence at
the meeting?

2. Rebeca Singh has inquired if we would need space to hold a NHERI 
workshop at the NEC 2020
in March? If so, we need to let her know approximately how many 
attendees would be expected,
and the duration of your meeting. EERI may be able to allocate some 
space on Friday, 3/6/20 if needed.
And if it's not needed, that's fine too, they just wanted to check with 
us as they are finalizing the schedule
of events.

Please try to respond soon but no later than the end of this week.
