[Nheri-council] Meeting to discuss joint DesignSafe-EF activities

Hi Ellen,

Thank you for the note, I think that it is very appropriate the focus on 
data and interactions with the
EF's. I hope that you are also considering interacting with the NCO as 
we rely on DesigSafe for
the learning center and all manner of outreach and governance 
activities. We respectfully
would like to request a meeting with your team to discuss these matters.

Also, I think that it would be important for the Governance to be 
included, NIAC representation and
User Forum in the data and ECO discussions. The NIAC because of their 
role in providing advise, and the user
forum because it represents the users of NHERI. I would be happy to help 
coordinate the interaction
with the governance groups.
