Hi Joy,

Happy new year! I’m writing to let you know that the User Forum has 
published the 2019 user satisfaction survey reports. You can access 
these reports here 
<https://www.designsafe-ci.org/community/user-forum/>. We administered 
the survey to two different sample populations: (1) general user list 
through DesignSafe; (2) known NHERI site users. There are two reports 
published online reflecting the results from these two different 
populations. Overall, the results were positive, but this comes with the 
caveat of the continued low response rates. As we’ve discussed in the 
past, moving forward, we are looking to add questions onto site surveys 
to increase the number of responses captured in our efforts.
