The Science Plan is posted:

It will be announced to the community this Monday. We welcome
your comments to improve it. The plan has gone through extensive
review and many deserve our appreciation for the great work to make
it possible. However, there are always ways to improve it. This version, 
like
the first one, will be available in designsafe for review. Comment will
be transferred to the Task Group as it is a living document. Please
help us disseminate it through your various means.
