Hi Julio,
I will be attending the LFW. I will need to leave on the 16th in time to make it Denver that night as I have to be at UC Boulder for a workshop with Lori Peek on April 17. Depending on which day and what time of day, I may be able to attend the meeting in person.

Good morning,

You may recall that we rescheduled the April Council meeting
to the 16th to align it with the Large Facilities Workshop (April 14-16)
in Alexandria, VA.

Joy had commented that this would allow for a face to face meeting at NSF depending
on how many of the Council members/representatives were planning to attend the
Workshop.

The purpose of my note is to find out if you or your representative are planning to
attend the Workshop and would be available to participate at the Council meeting in
person. This would allow us to: a) plan the agenda accordingly and possibly ask Joy about
reserving a room for the meeting at NSF. Remote participation would be possible as well.

Please respond indicating your availability to attend in person (or a representative), and
suggestions for possible agenda items. Our meetings are usually of one hour, but perhaps we
could consider a longer duration meeting if everyone, including Joy is available.
