[Nheri-council] Council Meeting of April 16

Good morning,

You may recall that we rescheduled the April Council meeting
to the 16th to align it with the Large Facilities Workshop (April 14-16)
in Alexandria, VA.

Joy had commented that this would allow for a face to face meeting at 
NSF depending
on how many of the Council members/representatives were planning to 
attend the
Workshop.

The purpose of my note is to find out if you or your representative are 
planning to
attend the Workshop and would be available to participate at the Council 
meeting in
person. This would allow us to: a) plan the agenda accordingly and 
possibly ask Joy about
reserving a room for the meeting at NSF. Remote participation would be 
possible as well.
