[Nheri-council] Agenda for the meeting of 5/5/22 and Minutes of 4/7/22

Good evening,

A couple of items on the Agenda are:

  * Scheduling of meetings during June, July and August of 2022, and
  * Election of vice chair for the July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 term

Jennifer's term as chair will begin at the closing of the June meeting, 
and the
new vice-chair will begin a one-year term.

Please review the Minutes of 4/7/22.
