Users past, present
and those on the pipeline should be encouraged to respond to the survey 
from the Forum.
You are welcome to just send or modify the text as you deem appropriate 
for your facility.

Hi Julio,

Thanks for providing the opportunity to discuss the survey with the 
council. I have attached some follow up email language that can be 
used/modified in sending the request to the users. The deadline has been 
extended to September 30^th , and I will appreciate it if you could ask 
all the PIs to send it in their earliest convenience.
