[Nheri-council] Executive Council Meeting to discuss Reporting Requirements for the next phase of NHERI

Hello Dan and Tim!

We were able to connect and had a good discussion. Present were Carolyn 
Robertson FIU, Jim Ricles Lehigh,
Amal Elawady FIU, Ioannis Zisis FIU, Matt Schoettler SimCenter, and 
Julio Ramirez Purdue. We are preparing
a summary of the discussion points to share with the Council.

*Dan: *we might propose to share the summary with Giovanna after the 
Council has looked at it to serve as
background information prior to the next meeting in April. This topic is 
in the Ongoing
Business item of the Agenda.
