My apologies. Since this didn’t automatically get into my calendar, I missed the meeting.

Subject: [Nheri-council] Executive Council Meeting to discuss Reporting Requirements for the next phase of NHERI
Good afternoon,
Following today's conversation with NSF, Dan Cox and I would like to convene the subject meeting to continue
the conversation. Those available are invited to attend this meeting on March 12 at the usual time
for Council meetings of 11:00 AM Eastern. For anyone not available on this date but interested in the discussion
a meeting could be programmed at a later date.
Please bring to that Thursday's meeting a copy of one of your annual reports to compare and contrast with
other reports and inform the conversation about the reporting during the next phase.
A few takeaways from today's conversation I noted were:
1. Every six-month reporting with one of those the annual report seems to be the preferred tempo for NSF.
2. Enhanced uniformity in the depth and scope of reporting would seem useful and this would include impact reporting.
3. WBS would be helpful, but at what level 2, 3 or 4. Some would prefer 2 but others might prefer one additional level.
4. Include reporting items from the RIG that are relevant to our network as a mid-scale facility.
5. Please add your own observations and share with all.
The zoom meeting details are:
