[Rsvp] NHERI CI Workshop

To whom it is concerned

I was advised that an NHERI Workshop is held the next January 11-12, 2016
in Texas.
I am a PhD student from University of Colorado at Boulder and I would like
to attend the workshop.

I have some inquiries about this, as following:
-Are there any fees to register to the workshop?
-Is there any way that you can reimburse me the travel costs?
