Thanks for your email.  For now, this workshop is by invite only.  Did someone forward the invitation to you?  Perhaps your faculty advisor because s/he cannot attend?  It would be helpful if you could clarify.

I was advised that an NHERI Workshop is held the next January 11-12, 2016 in Texas.
I am a PhD student from University of Colorado at Boulder and I would like to attend the workshop.

I have some inquiries about this, as following:
-Are there any fees to register to the workshop?
-Is there any way that you can reimburse me the travel costs?
