[eco-feedback] PRJ-3779 Eligibility for DesignSafe Awards

Hello,

I've been assisting our team at New York University in hosting a dataset
we've been working on through the Data Depot in hopes of nominating it for
the 2023 DesignSafe Dataset awards. I wanted to check if we needed the DOI
to be confirmed before submitting the nomination?
