Good afternoon,

You should have received the calendar invitation for the meeting with 
the zoom connection details. Let me
know if you did not receive it.

Attached you will find the unapproved draft minutes of the 9/1 meeting, 
and the draft agenda for the 10/6.
Please send your comments on both by Oct 2. Particularly agenda items 
you would wish to include any and if
you plan to provide a brief update about your facility recall the brief 
written summary to include with the
minutes.

Finally, do not forget to designate a representative if you are not 
going to attend.
