[Nheri-council] Council Meeting- Meeting on June 6th

A few documents for our meeting tomorrow:

1. Revised Agenda: note new item on rotation of Council leadership and Joy's
confirmed remote participation.

2. Session Proposal and abstracts for NHERI Session at the
2019 ASCE-SEI Congress in Orlando, FL.

3. Proposed template  and sample for NHERI Highlights- We will use the 
information to
develop a publication similar to the NEES Impact document distributed
by Dr. Pauschke and available at designsafe-ci. The information 
collected with the
sample will also be used to respond to NSF requests for NSF style 
highlights.
