[Nheri-council] Summary of NHERI Metrics and your comments

Council:

Here is the document on the metrics for your input based on the 
discussion at today's Council
meeting. Please add your input on the blank columns, identify additional 
columns that you think should
be there, comment on the metrics shown, and finally identify metrics 
that you think best convey the
value (define the value) of NHERI (network wide) to its users 
(researchers/students/...), broader community
and NSF.

We would appreciate your comments as soon as you can send them, but 
please no later than end of
March. We would like to be able to synthesize your input and share it at 
the next Council meeting on April 4.
