presented today at the Council today and requested feedback. Specific

Attached, please find the two diversity surveys on which the ECO 
requests feedback and the slides shared during the meeting.

The ECO requests that the NHERI Council share feedback on the surveys 
with Robin Nelson (robin.nelson at utsa.edu) by February 3, 2023. We will 
consolidate all feedback and make necessary changes before emailing the 
updated surveys to all NHERI employees in late February.

Finally, as discussed during the Council meeting, we will send out a 
link directly to all NHERI Council members with the information 
necessary to create a list of employees. This list will be used to email 
the Qualtrics surveys to all employees and as a record of the NHERI 
community.
